How do I order a custom harness?
Following the measurement, if you feel your dog requires a custom-made harness, please contact us at service@nahak.ca. It's important to provide us with your dog's weight, measurements and a photo showing its body shape. With this information, we can determine whether a custom-made harness is indeed necessary and, if so, explain the ordering procedure.

What's the best way to wash a traction harness?
If your harness isn't too dirty, a simple soak in water (with a little mild soap) and a manual wash may be all you need. On the other hand, if your dog has decided to explore too much "mud", and you can no longer distinguish the color of the harness, a pre-soak (to remove the bulk of the dirt) followed by a wash in the washer (delicate cycle, cold water and mild soap) is possible. Air-dry only, as the heat of the dryer could alter the harness materials.
If the harness size I ordered doesn't fit my dog, can I exchange it?
Of course! If you think the harness you've ordered doesn't fit your dog, write to us at service@nahak.ca. It will be important to provide us with photos of the harness on your pooch (pulling hard on the rope to tighten the harness as much as possible) so that we can help you determine the right replacement size and begin the exchange process.
